The HCP312 is a high-efficiency side-load case packer developed for tertiary packaging and end-of-line operations, where reliability, accessibility and modularity are essential.
The machine is available in two versions: a fully mechanical configuration or a servo-driven version, with the three main modules operating independently. This modular architecture divides the machine into functionally, electrically and mechanically independent zones, ensuring improved maintenance access, controlled operation and efficient production management.
Shipping cases can be closed using adhesive tape or hot-melt glue, depending on line requirements. The balcony-style structure provides easy access for cleaning and maintenance, while the compact footprint supports smooth integration into existing end-of-line layouts.
The HCP312 is pre-arranged for integration with aggregation systems and case labeling units. An optional carton pre-stacking unit is available and recommended in applications with high carton arrival speeds, ensuring stable and continuous case loading.
