Description
The C13 is designed for the automatic forming, filling and closing of wraparound cartons and trays, starting from a flat blank.
The wraparound forming system shapes the carton directly around the product in a single synchronized motion, ensuring accurate alignment, tight packaging and reduced mechanical stress on both product and carton. Product insertion is performed gently by a Pick & Place unit, preserving product integrity throughout the process.
The machine handles both trays and fully closed cartons and supports different carton closing solutions, including tuck-in flaps and hot-melt glue. Its modular design allows multiple machine configurations and flexible layout arrangements, with in-line or 90° product feeding options.
Compact and ergonomic, the C13 features a large-capacity carton magazine positioned for easy access and fast format changeovers, making it a practical solution for a wide range of secondary packaging applications.
