The A330C is a fully servo-driven horizontal cartoner developed for high-speed secondary packaging applications, combining performance, accessibility and process control.
Designed with a compact balcony structure, the machine ensures excellent accessibility and ergonomics for format changeovers, cleaning and maintenance, while meeting GMP requirements. Advanced electronic setting systems and a chain-free transmission with toothed belts guarantee precise carton handling, smooth motion and reduced maintenance needs.
The A330C supports both tuck-in and hot-melt glue carton closure and handles a wide range of carton formats. A large-capacity carton magazine, extending up to 1,950 mm, provides extended autonomy and stable carton feeding even at high production speeds.
Pre-arranged for the integration of multiple automatic feeding systems — including blisters, bottles, tubes, trays and leaflets — the A330C can be easily connected to upstream and downstream packaging equipment, making it a flexible solution for complex and high-speed packaging lines.
