C35BS – Top loading case packer & palletizer

Description

The C35 BS is designed to manage complete end-of-line operations, integrating case erecting, product loading, case sealing and palletizing into one coordinated system. 

Thanks to its modular architecture, the machine ensures efficient and reliable handling of American-style cases. Products are collected, grouped and loaded layer by layer into the erected case by a Pick & Place unit, ensuring gentle and precise product handling throughout the process. 

Once filled, cases are sealed using adhesive tape and automatically transferred to the palletizing station. Here, a robotic palletizing system stacks cases according to customizable pallet patterns, enabling fast and accurate pallet formation and easy adaptation to different formats and layouts. 

Flexible and easy to operate, the C35 BS can be integrated with additional optional units, supporting a wide range of end-of-line configurations and automation levels.
