The C11 is designed for the automatic forming, filling and closing of display boxes and trays, offering a flexible and modular solution for secondary packaging applications.
The machine can be configured according to specific product and layout requirements, ensuring high versatility and easy integration into existing production lines. Its modular structure consists of three main units: a blanks magazine with carton forming device, a top-loading station with pick & place unit, and a carton closing section.
The pick & place system allows one or more programmable product layers to be loaded into one or two cartons simultaneously, supporting a wide range of packaging configurations. Different carton closing options are available, including tuck-in flaps, hot-melt glue or lid placing from flat blank (tray version).
Designed to be compact and reliable, the C11 combines operational simplicity with consistent carton handling, making it a proven solution across pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and chemical industries.
