The AVM flex is a high-speed vertical cartoning machine developed for pharmaceutical and biotech applications where product protection, sustainability and production efficiency are essential.
The machine uses paperboard cartons with internal dividers, eliminating the need for plastic components while ensuring safe and stable product positioning. Designed for vials, ampoules and cartridges, AVM flex can handle single or multiple product configurations, including mixed-product packs.
At the core of the system is a servo-driven carousel that allows flexible multi-station loading, leaflet insertion and carton closure by tuck-in or hot-melt glue. The machine supports both manual and automatic product feeding and can be configured with one or multiple infeed stations, depending on production requirements.
Compact and GMP-compliant, AVM flex offers quick format changeovers and reliable positive carton handling, making it suitable for high-output environments where sustainability and operational flexibility go hand in hand.
