The A180C is designed to ensure accurate and reliable cartoning of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products in pre-glued cartons, operating with a continuous-motion process.
Particular attention has been given to the design and construction of the machine to guarantee precise product handling and smooth carton processing. The large-capacity carton magazine, extending along the full length of the machine and driven by a variable-speed motor, provides extended autonomy and stable carton feeding.
The A180C features a comprehensive control system managing product presence, carton handling and leaflet insertion. Leaflets can be inserted either flat or pre-folded, depending on application requirements.
The cartoning process is supported by three rotary picking heads and a servo-driven carton pre-opening system, ensuring consistent and controlled carton handling.
Designed for operational efficiency, the A180C supports both tuck-in and hot-melt carton closure and includes separate rejection systems for products and leaflets. Format changeovers are simple and fast thanks to dedicated quick-release systems, reducing downtime and supporting flexible production.
